Kitui Governor Dr. Julius Malombe today commissioned the Wii Catholic Borehole Water Supply Project implemented in FY 2024/25.
The project currently serves five water kiosks and Wii Primary School, Wii Secondary School, Kyandui Primary School, and Wii Market, covering approximately five square kilometres in addition to individual household connections.
The project is improving access to clean and safe water for residents while enhancing sanitation and supporting socio-economic development.
During the development tour of the Ward, the Governor also commissioned the Wii Twin Market Shed which provides traders with a conducive business environment hebce promoting local economic growth.
