Mrs. Masya holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Bachelor of Education Degree (Arts). She has more than 30 years working experience in the public sector in various positions such as Director Remuneration Analysis, Salaries and Remuneration Commission; Deputy Board Secretary, Permanent Public Service Remuneration Review Board: Deputy Programme Director Civil Service Reform Secretariat; Education Officer; High School teacher, Teachers’ Service Commission and Senior Examiner with Kenya National Examination Council.

Mrs. Masya  has attended  the following professional courses: Driving Government Performance - Leadership Strategies that produce Results - Harvard University, John F. Awards:
In the year 2006, Mrs. Masya was awarded the Presidential Award of Head of State Commendation (HSC) for her outstanding contribution in Public Service Reform, Management of Public Service Remuneration for enhanced productivity and service delivery and dedication to the Public Service.

She is a Member of Kenya Association for Public Administration and Management (KAPAM).

Patrice Ivuti

Patrice M. Ivuti - Vice Chair

A seasoned Political Scientist with 20 years’ experience as elected Member of Parliament, served as an assistant minister in the Government of Kenya.

Mr. Ivuti has a Degree in Law and Political Science from Dar-Es Salaam University and Masters of the same from North Carolina University USA.

Dr. Naomi Mangatu

Dr. Naomi Mangatu - Board Member

Dr. Naomi Mangatu is a Certified Human Resource practitioner and professional Trainer. She has over 15 years hands-on experience in Training and HRM acquired from the Private and Public service sectors.

Dr. Mangatu holds a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, Master of Arts in Education, specialising in Adult Education & Distance Learning; Bachelor of Education and a post graduate Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from local and international institutions.

She is an alumnus of Strathmore Business School's Women in Leadership Learning Series (WILLS) and a pioneer graduate of Federation of Kenya Employers' Female Future Programme. She is a peer reviewer and contributor for Leadership journals, a dissertation supervisor for post graduate students and sits in the Boards of Catholic Diocese of Kitui Caritas and several high schools.

Ms. Bridget M. Mutemi

Ms. Bridget M. Mutemi - Board Member

Bridget holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Kenyatta University, Bachelor of Education (Arts) from Egerton University and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kenya Institute of Management.

Bridget has a variety of experience as a teacher, coach, trainer, trainer of trainers and manager. She has worked as a teacher in various Secondary schools with TSC, as a coach, Trainer and Trainer of Trainers with UNDP, Youth Officer with Ministry of Youth Asffairs, and in the private sector with Safaricom Ltd.

She has a cumulative experience of over 12 years. Bridget is tech savvy with a great passion for training youth mentorship.

Samuel Muthui

Samuel I. Muthui - Board Member

Mr. Muthui is a Procurement and Logistics Specialist with over 20 years’ experience in management of the same with different donor agencies, having risen through the ranks to the top management level.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management - HRM (KEMU), Diploma in Business Management (UON), Graduate Diploma in supplies and Purchasing (CIPS-Level 6), currently writing the thesis for Masters in Purchasing and Supplies. Samuel has also attended many short courses both locally and abroad.

A member of good standing in the following professional bodies; Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supplies UK (CIPS-UK), Humanitarian Logistics Association (HLA), Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).

Salim Shaabani

Salim Shaabani - Board Member

Salim B. Shaabani was born and raised in Kitui town. He holds a Diploma in Range Management from Egerton College Njoro, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agriculture from New Mexico State University and a Master of Science degree in Range Science from Texas A&M University in USA.

He has worked for various Ministries and organizations both in the country and abroad. He was the coordinator of the Range Management Handbook of Kenya which produced a database for natural resources of the Arid and Semi Arid Lands (ASAL) of Kenya supported by GTZ.

He worked with Arid Land Resources Management Project supported by World Bankwhich developed the Kenya Food Security Meeting which coordinated the issues of Food Security in Kenya. He is passionate on issues of Climate Change and Food Security in the country.
